Abstract	校企研原始创新能力是我国建设创新型国家的关键要素,关系到国家经济发展质量。本文对原始创新的内涵和原始创新能力评价体系的相关研究进行归纳,对"十三五"期间我国高校、科研院所和企业的原始创新现状进行分析;总结校企研原始创新存在的现实问题,进而提出具体的建议,为深入推进我国校企研三方提升原始创新能力提供参考。
