| Abstract | 较低的能源价格和新能源发展潜在的经济社会效益，使越来越多的东盟国家愿意拿出实际行动推动新能源发展。随着乌克兰危机延宕，新一轮能源危机在全球蔓延，能源安全再一次成为各国关注的焦点，越来越多的国家开始反思依赖高化石能源发展带来的负面影响。绿色低碳转型正成为各国刺激经济增长、实现绿色复苏的新动能，而新能源的发展正是其中至关重要的一环。 |
