| Abstract | 科技与金融融合有助于提高科技创新效率，也有助于拓展金融资本的利润增长空间。随着基础研究成果转化为现实生产力的周期大幅缩短，金融资本与科技的融合向创新链前端延伸，抢占创新链前端的制高点成为各国竞争的焦点。文章从科技创新链的视角，构建了科技与金融融合的逻辑框架，分析了不同创新阶段的科技创新目标、产业发展特征、资金运行规律。基于中国金融与科技协同演化的过程研究，提出我国科技与金融融合发展的相关建议。 |
